FAQ & troubleshooting

Messages you may see

Many errors are not failures but steps you need to take. The panel gives these their own message instead of "the operation could not be completed".

You seeCodeMeaning and what to do
"No space left in the account's disk quota"507The account is out of disk. Free space or ask your provider for a bigger plan. For an upload or a restore, the operation was stopped and partial files removed.
"The account reached its file limit"507Inodes (number of files) are exhausted, not bytes. Delete files you do not need (caches, old backups, session files). Deleting one large file does not help. The file limit is calculated from the disk quota and never set below what the account already uses.
"This account lives on node X"409In a cluster, that operation has to run on the account's node. Sign in to node X, or ask your admin.
"Wait before repeating this operation"429You triggered an expensive operation too often (for example repeated create/delete, manual backups, or mail dispatch). Wait and retry.
"This is a paid feature"402The action needs a License (containers, WAF changes, the metrics stack, an extra node). Creating is blocked; removing never is. See Licensing.
"The console is not enabled for this account"403The account is SFTP-only. The provider enables shell access.
"A PHP extension is missing on this node"409An application you tried to install needs a PHP extension (or PHP version) the node lacks. The message names it. Ask your admin.
"The plan limit was reached"error naming the resourceThe plan caps that resource (sites, databases, mailboxes...). Delete something or change plan.
"The account is deactivated"loginSign-in is blocked by your provider. Suspended accounts can still sign in; deactivated ones cannot.
"This operation cannot be done with an API token"403Creating credentials or opening sessions needs a person in the panel, not a token.
"Backup in progress, try again"409A backup or restore for that account is running. Retry when it ends.
"Server fingerprint not confirmed"409A new SFTP backup destination or storage must have its server fingerprint confirmed once. If it later changes, treat it as an alert and check the server.
Restore refused: "does not fit in quota"507The restored data would exceed your free quota. Restore a smaller item or free space.

Frequently asked questions

The browser warns about the panel's certificate. Until you issue a certificate for the panel's hostname, it uses a self-signed one. Point the hostname at the node and issue one, or accept it once.

I lost the admin password or second factor. Use the recovery codes printed at installation (each works once). If you have none, another admin can reset your password or regenerate your second factor, or on the server run panel usuario-crear for a new admin.

An account is suspended but the owner can still sign in. By design: a suspended client keeps panel access to see why. Use Deactivate to block sign-in as well.

My site shows the wrong PHP version after I removed one. Sites move to the nearest lower installed version, or the nearest higher if none is lower, and move back when you reinstall. The advisor lists affected sites.

Mail works but a customer's mail() messages are delayed or rejected. Their plan has an emails-per-hour limit; over it you get a temporary rejection and the sender retries. Check Usage. Messages that cannot be attributed to an account are rejected with a temporary error.

Mail to a domain I just added never arrives. Adding a mail domain makes this node treat it as local. If its MX records point to another provider, delete the domain from the panel's mail domains, or move the MX here.

A newly migrated domain's certificate is missing. The domain has to resolve to the node first (HTTP validation) or the zone has to be served here (wildcard). Reissue from the site's certificate page.

A deployed Git repository does not show up. Only HTTPS URLs are accepted; private repositories need an access token. Check that the branch exists, and the site's document root.

A cron job does not run. Check that it is enabled, that the cron service is up (Services), that the schedule is valid (@reboot is not allowed), and that the account is not suspended.

FTP connects but the listing hangs. The passive port range (30000-30100 by default) must be open on the firewall and reachable. FTP requires TLS; use explicit FTPS.

Websites return 502 after changing the web edge. The panel rolls back automatically if the new edge does not come up; if you see this, run panel stack to confirm which edge is active and check Services.

A service I stopped is still stopped after an update. That is intentional. Start it from Services.

An update failed and the panel went back to the old version. That is the rollback working. Check Panel → Updates for the reason and retry later or on another channel.

The firewall blocked me. SSH and the two panel ports can never be closed by the panel. If your own address was banned, use the console or another allowed address and remove the ban under Security → Blocked. Put your own address in Allowed.

What happens to my sites if my license expires? They keep running. See Licensing.

Can I use the panel with SELinux enabled? No. Hosting nodes run with SELinux disabled.

Which distributions and versions are supported? AlmaLinux 8, 9, 10 and Rocky Linux 9, 10. Debian/Ubuntu is Coming soon.

How do I get support? The Free tier is self-service. Premium Support (USD 20/month) adds tickets and installation help; the support portal is Coming soon.
