Software EULA
Effective date: October 18, 2026
1. Agreement
This End-User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and TeraServer Network Solutions, Argentina, Amenabar 2313, Capital Federal, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, CP 1428, Argentina. By installing, copying or using TNS Panel you accept it. If you accept for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. If you do not accept, do not install or use the software. See also the Website & Purchase Terms.
2. Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run TNS Panel on servers that you own or control, for your own use and to provide hosting to your customers, including commercial hosting. The licence is for the editions and number of nodes you hold. You may make backup copies for these purposes.
3. Editions
Free. The Free edition allows one active PHP version served by PHP-FPM, which you may change, and has no limit on the number of accounts. It is a complete, supported edition and may be used commercially.
Paid regular licence. A paid licence per node enables the paid features described on our pricing page for that node, such as several simultaneous PHP versions, per-account resource limits, the web application firewall, container management and the metrics stack. A paid licence is bound to the public address of the node it was issued for.
Network (multinode). A network licence is planned for a later release and is not offered in the current version. When offered, it will be an additional licence for a network of nodes; each node in the network will also need its own regular licence.
4. Licence checks
A node with a paid licence contacts our licensing service to renew its entitlement and sends the technical data listed in the Privacy Policy. If the service cannot be reached, the node keeps its paid features for a grace period of 48 hours. We will never take your websites, mail or DNS offline because of a licence problem; only paid features are affected.
5. When a paid licence ends
When a paid licence expires, is cancelled, is suspended after a payment reversal or is not renewed, paid features become unavailable after the applicable period and grace period, and the installation continues as Free. Where that reduces the number of simultaneous PHP versions, the panel keeps a single version active, by default the lowest installed, which you can change. A site that depended on another version may stop working until you choose a suitable one. Your sites, databases, mail and content are not deleted.
6. Restrictions
You must not, except as mandatory law allows: bypass, disable or tamper with licence controls; share a licence beyond its scope or use a licence on a node it was not issued for; copy, sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software, or update and package files, without our written authorisation; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software; remove notices; or use the software to infringe law or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Updates
Updates are delivered through the update channels you select. You decide when to apply them, except that you may enable automatic installation of critical security patches. Updates are subject to this EULA. Entitlement to updates may depend on an active licence.
8. Third-party and open-source software
The software uses third-party and open-source components that stay subject to their own licences, which prevail over this EULA for those components. Third-party applications installed through the panel, and third-party services you connect, are under their owners’ terms.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your servers, your hosted content, your customers, your backups, your legal compliance and the security of credentials. TNS Panel is software, not a hosting service; we do not host your sites. Support is limited to the plan you hold.
10. Warranty, liability and law
To the extent the law allows, the software is provided “as is”, without a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The liability limits, exclusions, governing law and courts set out in the Website & Purchase Terms apply, without affecting mandatory rights.
11. Termination
This EULA lasts while you use the software. We may terminate it, or restrict the licence, if you materially breach it, with notice where practicable. On termination you must stop using the paid features. Sections that by nature survive, including ownership, restrictions, liability and law, remain in force.
