This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by tnspanel.com and its customer area. The website does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not build advertising profiles. See also the Privacy Policy.

Strictly necessary

• __Host-tns and __Host-tns-staff — keep you signed in to the customer area or the staff area. Duration: 12 hours. Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict.

These are needed to provide the service you request. Without them you cannot sign in.

Preferences

• tns-lang — the language you chose. Duration: 365 days. Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax.
• tns-country — the country you chose, used to show prices and language. Duration: 365 days. SameSite=Lax, Secure over HTTPS.
• tns.country, tns.lang, tns.det (browser localStorage) — your chosen country and language and the country detected by the network. They have no expiry of their own and stay until you clear them.

Your country preference changes only what is displayed. Billing uses the country of your account.

Third parties

Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the website, may process IP information and set its own security cookies according to its service. PayPal and Mercado Pago may use their own cookies on their payment pages, under their own policies.

Your controls

You can block or delete cookies and storage in your browser. If you block the necessary cookies you will not be able to sign in, and clearing preferences resets language and country. We do not use cookies that require separate consent beyond the above. Questions: [email protected].
