What it is

A closed catalog (web servers, Postfix, Dovecot, Rspamd, ClamAV, BIND, unbound, Pure-FTPd, cron, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, the firewall and the panel) with its real state.

What it is for

Restarting a service or stopping it for maintenance.

Limits

Stop is an intention: a service you stop stays stopped through reconciliations and publishes, and the advisor reminds you. The panel does not restart itself from this screen, and "not installed" is shown separately from "stopped".
