Acceptable Use Policy

TNS Panel is a tool; you decide what you host with it. You agree not to use the software, or our website and services, to:

• break the law or host content that is illegal where it is served or where its owner lives, including child sexual abuse material, and infringing or fraudulent content;
• distribute malware, run phishing sites, send unsolicited bulk email or run open relays;
• attack, probe or disrupt systems you do not own or are not authorized to test, including our licensing and store services;
• circumvent, tamper with or share licenses, or operate unlicensed copies of paid features;
• resell the software or its update packages;
• abuse our support channels or harass our staff.
