These documents form a set. Read together they govern what you may do with the software, how you buy it, how we handle personal data, and what we expect from you.

• Website & Purchase Terms — the website, customer accounts, orders, subscriptions, invoices and migration service.
• Software EULA — installing and using the TNS Panel software.
• Privacy Policy — the personal data we process and your rights.
• Cookie Policy — cookies and browser storage.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy — cancelling, billing errors, disputes and statutory consumer rights.
• Acceptable Use Policy — what you must not do with the software and our services.

If a document is translated and the translations differ, the Spanish text prevails for customers in Argentina; for everyone else the English text prevails.

Changes

We may update these documents. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For a change that materially affects an active paid subscription, we will notify the account email before it applies to the next renewal. Continued use after the effective date, or a new purchase, means you accept the current version.
