How to rebrand the panel for your customers

Set product name, logo, colors and support contacts under Panel, Brand, and learn how brands are inherited.

Steps

1. Open Panel, Brand.
2. Set the product name, the logo URL, the primary and accent colors (hex only), a support URL and a support email.
3. Save. Your clients see your brand; a client of a reseller sees the reseller's brand.
4. Optionally define DNS zone templates under DNS, Zone templates, so new zones of your clients come with your own name servers and records.

How inheritance works

A client sees the brand of whoever sold them the service. Anyone who has configured nothing inherits from the level above, up to the node's brand. Each user configures only their own brand.

Notes

• Values are validated on save and again when shown; a broken value falls back to the node's default.
• The default product name is TNS Panel.
• The second-factor issuer shown in authenticator apps is always the fixed product name, because it is stored in the user's app when they enroll.
